ESHA UNIVERSAL is a POCB (PolyOlefin Copolymer Bitumen binder), which is a form of modified bitumen membrane that has the low temperature performance of a SBS membrane and the high-end performance of an APP one. The result is a strong, flexible, and extremely stable single-ply waterproofing layer with very high puncture resistance.

Additionally ESHA UNIVERSAL’ stop finish consists from a special thin non wooven geotextile that can be painted with acrylic, or aluminium based waterproofing coatings (e.g. ESHACRYCOAT, ESHALUMIN) resulting in a uniform highly reflective waterproofed surface.
