ESHA ToPrimer is a high grade eco-friendly elastomeric waterproofing bituminous primer. It belongs to ESHA’s new generation technology of water based primers, that combines the best features of traditional solvent primers (fast drying, durability, easy application) while being environmentally and user friendly. It is not flammable and does not contain volatile organic compounds that are responsible for many direct and long-term health problems (VOC’s FREE).
ESHADESMOLAST is an one component elastomeric waterproofing coating for horizontal surfaces, based on hydrophobic polyurethane resins. When in contact with ground and air moisture it polymerizes and creates a flexible and coherent membrane. This final membrane has the ability to deform up to 450% and follow substrate expansion without rupture, does not shrink and retains its elasticity in extreme temperature variations. It is also vapor permeable, reflective, inflammable, easily cleaned and resistant to aging and UV radiation.
EshaVent is a self-adhesive bituminous waterproofing membrane that possesses most effective ventilating characteristics. It is produced from SBS modified bitumen which exhibits impressive elasticity and enhanced viscoelastic properties even at very low temperatures (-15 °C), and special additives that give the membrane self-adhesive properties, hence the ability to stick very easily to a suitably prepared substrate without the need of a torch.

Revolutionary elastomeric waterproofing membranes ESHADIEN Ultra White are produced from special bitumen, modified with thermoplastic elastomeric materials (SBS). This modification of the bitumen results in a binding material with enhanced elasticity, even at extremely low temperatures (-20°C), and improved viscoelastic properties which are ideal for the production of superb quality bituminous waterproofing products.
