Telescopic connector for fixing insulation layers to the flat roofs. Additional fixing feature in the shape of 3 securing points (thorns) increases the load capacity. This is especially important while using wide, single layer water proof membranes. Circular plate eliminates the need of positioning the fixing during the installation. Could be used with different types of screws which allows the fixing of the thermal insulation to any kind of substrate: trapezoid sheet, wood, concrete.
